If your Handpan arrives out of tune or is defective in some way, we will either give you a full refund or replace the instrument. In this case it's your choice. Damage must be reported immediately after delivery, failure to do so may nullify a return or refund.
If you are unhappy with your instrument but it is in perfect condition and is in tune, you can return the instrument to us and we'll give you a refund. In this event we will arrange for a courier to collect the instrument from you at a day and time that suits you. Please note that in this event you must pay return postage costs and that we will deduct this cost from the refund. Original postage costs are also deducted from the refund as well as any PayPal and processing and handling fees.
